Workers' Advisers Office (WAO)

The Workers' Advisers Office (WAO) is a branch of the Ministry of Labour, operating independently of WorkSafeBC. The WAO provides workers, their dependants and other stakeholders with independent advice, assistance, representation, training and mentoring with respect to workers' compensation issues.
